Ingredients

  • 4 frozen hamburger patties
  • Salt & pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp cooking oil olive or vegetable
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 4 cheese slices optional

  • Condiments: ketchup mustard, mayo, BBQ sauce

Instructions

  • Method 1: Cooking Frozen Burgers on Stove
  • Heat a skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
  • Take frozen patties out of the freezer and season both sides with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  • Add oil to the hot pan and place patties carefully.
  • Cook for 3-4 minutes per side until browned.
  • Add 1 tbsp of water, cover with a lid, and cook until internal temp reaches 160°F.
  • Add cheese in the last minute if desired.
  • Serve on buns with desired toppings.
  • Method 2: Frozen Burgers in Oven
  • Preheat oven to 425°F.
  • Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top.
  • Arrange patties on the rack with space between them.
  • Season both sides and bake for 15-18 minutes.
  • Add cheese in the last 2 minutes if desired.
  • Ensure internal temp reaches 160°F before serving.
  • Method 3: Air Fryer Frozen Hamburger Patties
  • Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
  • Lightly spray air fryer basket with oil and place patties inside.
