Ingredients

  • 8 oz pure cranberry juice unsweetened
  • 1-2 tbsp apple cider vinegar raw, unfiltered with "the mother"
  • 2-6 oz water adjust based on taste preference
  • Optional 1 tsp honey or other natural sweetener
  • Optional 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Optional 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • Optional 1/4 tsp grated ginger

Instructions

  • Pour 8 oz of pure cranberry juice into a glass.
  • Add 1-2 tbsp of apple cider vinegar. Adjust based on your taste preference.
  • Dilute with 2-6 oz of water if needed.
  • Add optional sweeteners or flavor boosters like honey, lemon, cinnamon, or ginger.
  • Stir well to mix all ingredients thoroughly.
  • Drink immediately, preferably with a straw to protect your teeth from acidity.

Notes

Start with 1 tbsp of ACV if you're new to it and gradually increase.
Drinking this in the morning on an empty stomach may maximize benefits.
